1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using QuizFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
QuizFlow lets teachers build quizzes and exams, share them by link, collect responses, and view scores and analytics.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use QuizFlow for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not attempt to break or bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape it, or place unreasonable load on it. Do not use it to collect data from minors without the consent required by law.
5. Your content
You own the quizzes and questions you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.
6. Plans and payment
QuizFlow offers a Free plan and paid plans described on the Pricing page. Plan limits — such as the number of quizzes and participants — apply as described there. Payments are currently arranged directly with us; pricing may change with notice.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep QuizFlow available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, QuizFlow is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using QuizFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users or the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
